Associate Member
As a new member, your status is Associate.  After payment of your dues, you will receive a membership card and one key card for the Godfrey facility.  A member can purchase an additional card for his/her spouse from the office or the Club Manager.

As an Associate Member, you may utilize the dining room and the Lakeside Lounge.  You may participate in any of the regular activities and special events.  You may fish at the Godfrey lake, as long as you follow state regulations and club guidelines.  At Pleasant Hill, you may utilize the club house and pavilion only.  No ATV's.

Associate Members have no hunting privileges.  You may attend the monthly membership meetings and you can express your opinions, however you cannot vote.  You are encouraged to serve on a committee and volunteer to work one of the activities or work projects.

Regular Member
To upgrade from an Associate member to a Regular member status, a minimum of one year at the Associate level is required.  You must also have completed the required 20 hours of volunteer work for the upgrade (volunteer hours must be completed in the previous twelve month period).  You must obtain a form from the office, club manager or membership secretary.  As a Regular member, you have all of the same privileges as an Associate member PLUS:  voting privileges at monthly membership meetings, the responsibility of voting in the election of officers, you will become an equity owner of the club, all types of hunting at Pleasant Hill EXCEPT waterfowl are permitted. 

PLEASE NOTE....DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF DEER STANDS AND THE CURRENT NUMBER OF DEER HUNTERS, YOU MUST PUT YOUR NAME ON THE DEER LIST AND BE ACCEPTED BY THE SNYE COMMITTEE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO HUNT DEER AT PLEASANT HILL.

Waterfowl Hunter
To upgrade from a Regular member to Waterfowl Hunter status, you must contact the current SNYE Chairman through the club office.  As a Waterfowl member, you have all of the same privileges as a Regular member AND all types of hunting at Pleasant Hill including waterfowl.
